never understand why people complain when they have "only" *insert over 60 fps amount here* you barely if at all notice the additional FPS over 60 anyway but i guess it depends on your monitor.. altough im not the one to talk since i got a powerful rig myself.
Wrong. When you get used to better stuff you can't get used to lesser stuff. I've got this problem with resolution atm :( I got used to 2160p and now when I can only play TW3 at 1440p I'm sad.
Human eye is in fact capable of sensing only 30 fps, not any more, so even having 60 fps is unnecessary really.

Disclamer: I am not an FPS *****, 60fps is really all I ever want or need, but I'll happily play on 40 in non-first person shooters.
Same applies to video playback. Even local files >:3 Svp-team.com
Personally I'm not a fan of SVP 4 Free, though. It actually lost features compared to SVP 3.1.6, which was also free. You can still find it around ofc.
