Your right, they do anger me with not completeing stories:( I mean I would like to know what happens to sev, Revan, the exile, boss, Kyle, jedan, juno, how vader escapes captivity, star killer, etc. and the endings that they do give suck or are mostly lacking details:( oh well maybe that will change with Disney or become worst. If it gets worst then I think I should move on to a diffrent series.
Revan died to four random Sith, in what should have been Knights of the Old Republic 3, in Star Wars: The Old Republic which was released about a year ago.
Needless to say, I'm no longer a fan of Bioware or Lucasarts as they killed off the person who was essentially the core character of the KotOR series and my favorite character of all time so callously. Never mind the other perfectly good reasons to dislike them.
You know, there aren't only the games and movies... For Revan's and The Jedi Exile (Meetra Surik) story, play SWTOR and read the book SWTOR: Revan. Republic Commando also has some books. Jaden Korr as well as Kyle Katarn appear in several novels. The rest may be explained in some future SW project...who knows...
Kyle Katarn remained a member of the Jedi Council and later was nearly killed by Jacen Solo (at the time Darth Caedus). He survived though.
Jaden remained a prominent Jedi. He had many adventures. He was killed at one point but later came back to life. I forget the details. Some sort of cloning and/or force crap. lol
No clue what happens after the end of TFU2.
And as for Disney... since they've stated they're not going to tell any stories that have been told and that the new movies will take place after episode 6... they're likely to just declare the entire Expanded Universe "non-canon" and start from scratch. Maybe do an alternate reality thing like 2010's Star Trek.
i would hate them forever if they scraped the expanded universe, since despite its flaws (not giving an awesome ending for all the best of the best characters) its still good, i had hours of fun playing those games:D
well what else do you expect from Bioware? they just give you the illusion of choice:)
What else do you expect from Lucasarts? they just give you everything but the game you want.
*cough* battlefront 3, EAW 2, KOTOR 3, republic commando 3... seems like they fear the number three as much as Valve lol
Republic Commando 2*
Damn, anyway i see the connection with half life 3 D:
From what I understand, LucasArts had little to do with TOR's development. They just are the publisher.
I could be mistaken though.

Yeah I know he dies, which I why I said that they either don't give any ending or the ending is terrible.

Revan's killed like Winston said.
Sev is left behind and lost.
Don't remember what happened to the Exile.

You must do it! There is no turning back.
