Friend: Why did you become a physicist?
Graduate: So I could figure out the perfect position from which to observe the reflection of a woman's snatch in a puddle.
Friend: Well um, I'll just... I should go.
It seems like the angle of reflection is slightly off though... Maybe it's just me though and since I have better things than to place a protractor to my screen I'm not going to check whether it really is off. Not to mention that it's probably also in the 3rd dimension and not just on a simple 2D plane.
Ssshhh now...
... let the rest of us wallow in our delusions for just a bit more.
Actually after a little more consideration that's a rather minor problem. The main problem here is that unless she has a light under her skirt it's unlikely that there would be enough indirect light reflecting from the floor to light up anything under her skirt well. Just look at the reflections of the soles of their shoes or the inside of the pants of that one guy if you want an example...
So what you would want to do is shine several laser pointers (light sources) at exactly the right angle to be able to have the photons bounce back to your eyes after lighting up the insides of her skirt. Of course at that point you might just want to consider bribing (or if you're poor, threatening or humanely persuading) her to show you whatever you want to so desperately see XD
The floor is wet, that improved the reflection. Now it would depend of the indirect light and also what she was wearing, maybe they weren't seeing her underwear/private parts clear as day, but it was easily noticeable the color of her underwear (or maybe even that she weren't wearing any ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)).
Maybe her underwear was a bright color, which reflected more light, or maybe it was a dark one and it contrasted with her light skin color. Both of which would make it noticeable.
It doesn't need to be clear as day for it to make that reaction on those two.
