I propose a new law. Overwork the prison population so that they will be paying the country's taxes and decent citizens will be able to keep more of their salary. (I'd make a great dictator:D Some of the laws I'd propose: All schools must have mechanical keyboards, Prisoners should be slaves and work for the state, Education would be mandatory and science would be a requirement, Idiots would be an export, etc.)

And we wonder why the US has 5% of the world's people and 25% of the world's prison population.
This is true, we need to make prisoners do all our work ASAP!!!
