Its a joke from Super Smash Bros. Damage is dealt in percentages, the more damage you take, the higher the number goes, and the more likely the next hit you take will send you flying off the map, which is how you K.O. someone in that game.

The new one for the WiiU allows you to make your own characters out of Wii avatars and customize their stats.

Thus, you have the joke above, someone thought it was clever to make snoop dog and raise the damage he took up to 420%
