I know that feel, that's why i stopped playing WoT a long time ago...
its not just WoT, in any game that requires any amount of skill I always end up captain of team retard
belive me my friend when i ended up in WoT with a panzet 38 tna to score 6 kills and the sole survivors was me and a t-34
My finest hour was in my Panzer III/IV.
I wiped out five tanks while I was nearly dead. Survived and won the game.
I miss my III/IV. I should never have gone up any tiers.

One of very very many reasons I prefer to play offline in most games.

There was a leak posted on Silentalkers blog (google it if you're intrested), some of the minor devs stated, that when you're playing too good, then the Matchmaker places you on the bottom of the list (Some internal WG rating could be also involved. WG is a bit shady sometimes), when your win ratio drops too hard, then you're getting back on top of the list.
Honestly the arty and golden shells everywhere made me rage quit from wot, and I wasn't a bad player (1900+ Noobmeter, 1400+ Eff, 57% WR, non-premium, always solo on randoms).
Reminds me of how the devs for Moddb.com talked about the demo on Youtube.com and the apparently the devs played on the New Republic's side while the empire recruited all the noobs that didn't know about physics. Apparently it was like Arma vs CoD...
