Well... I agree, that both Irish and Russians are able to drink the same amount of alcohol, but:
1. Irish are going to drink beer
2. Russians are going to drink vodka (as usual).
Internet, you're underestimating Russians both in its climate (Russians are considering Canadian winter as spring) and the drinking potential!
