Lol .. "The engine has to be in front." Says who? Its only been in the front cause its just been a picked spot and preferred. Gotta love people who don't know crap about cars but are so quick to judge.
Being in the front also makes sense, since it would place more of the vehicle between the driver and an object being hit by the car, in case of accident.
Also, since horses also pulled chariots from the from, it made some sense.
I know like I said though its just more common for it to be in the front. Although considering some more luxury cars I am seeing them in the back now. Like the Porsche 911/Audi R8/Etc
Our customs officials managed to burn the only Audi R8 in our country.
It was seized by and currently in possession of Customs Intelligence, for tax evasion and was meant to be put up for sale.
The car's engine caught fire while taken for a spin by customs officials (reportedly for "publicity"). A lot of people claimed they they had no idea how to handle that car as they hood was open in all the pictures.
Do 'Mericans take the basics on how cars work and maintanence when theyr a doing the Driving Lessons?
"Do 'Mericans take the basics?"

The last comment is got to be sarcastic. If it isn't, then I don't want to be part of this species.
