Yes it is. I've been playing for three days and the only vehicle I've been able to get any kills with is the premium M3 Light I got with a beta disc promo code. I have assists with the T18 and T1, but no actual kills.
Wait until you start playing tier IX and X...you will see how OP Russians are, especially their TD's...dear god!
