Ben was the Uncle of Spiderman aka Peter Parker and Spiderman called his Uncle Obivously always Uncle Ben and the point of this joke is that his Uncle Ben got shot in the first Spiderman movie...but he loved him so much! D'aaaaaw!
aha, so I didn't get it because I haven't see Spiderman movie
