The problem is with the sentence "Ignores Ignorance".
The only way to prevent ignorance is through the acquisition of knowledge, and the act of acquisition is opposing to the act of ignoring.
A correct name for the effect would have been "Prevents Ignorance", which is what knowledge does.
Shh... let's leave the patch to the modders!
