I hope these are things you like and not things you've seen.
I just got done watching this yesterday and it was awesome. I get the feeling that a lot of the people that didn't like it were expecting it to like Pacific Rim. When it was intended to be a pretty serious monster movie like the 1954 one or Cloverfield.
