Totally trying this at some point.
Back in my we just called it a beard. Also in my we wouldn't pour tequila, bear, nor any other alcoholic beverage on our face. We drank 'em silly and it is a waste of good booze anyway. We also smoked and chewed real tobacci, and in my day we didn't have no confuser, we would listen politely to the entertaining stories that grandpa told.
