It's a PC full of all of our porn. They're just transporting it for the NSA. So the NSA can look at it. For intelligence. Only. Totally. Most certainly. Definitely not watching it for fun.
Someone has to check all the thousands of hours of footage to see if there isn't some kind of terrorist plan hidden inside of it. (at least it's their excuse)
