Actually if the Biblical young earth theory is correct, Noah did save them, they just died out afterwards, some have theorized that the dragons of legend were in fact dinosaurs. Why they would go completely extinct I don't know but it could be them being ill suited for a post-flood environment.
Then why didn't you get Noah to save them from the flood you yourself caused?!?
