Look very World War II era. Not saying that they are, I'm just saying they look like the German U-boats.
Yeah they are quire outdated as they are basically pimped up Romeo-class diesel electric submarine. We're buying them primarily to gain experience though and the is they will be supplemented by more moderns submarines by the end of this decade.
Still better than Canada with our underwater rowboats... (I don't think those exist)
Wait. Last time I checked, Poland has a number or submarines...
