Because people in North Korea have been heavily indoctrinated into, in a nutshell: "murica is the incarnation of evil and it should burn in a pit of acid".
As a result, were anyone from the USA to set North Korea free from its current situation, its people would more than most likely still hate the USA, remembering the intervention as something forceful and unwanted.
"How is this possible? Why people would react like that?" You may ask. You likely haven't observed the fearsome effects an extreme lack of education, very poor living conditions, and limited/filtered access to information can have over the masses' mindset.
Again, sorry for the serious post and whatnot. As usual, I do NOT intend to start a discussion/flamewar/fight/anything similar.
