how could it be the same tree that fell on him 42 weeks earlier?
did they shove it back in the ground or something?
I would have to assume so, as I can't think of any trees that can grow that big in 42 weeks. And there doesn't appear to be another tree like that in the first picture, so I would assume that yes, they did, for whatever reason, shove the tree back in the ground again.
