It looks rather warm though. So I don't know what's wrong with all the people wearing coats but that said I'd still wear a long sleeved shirt. XD
this reminds me of the time i was stationed in Germany. it was 18 degrees, snowing and i had shorts on and no im not from a cold place im from California.
