I played through every one of the newer Fallout games without using VATS. It works very well and is a lot better for immersion.
Must have been in the airforce then...
You mean the national guard.
Maybe he was an Imperial Stormtrooper?
I find VATS like a cheat, never used it, only a few times back in Fallout 3...
