Well you need to be force sensitive to properly wield a lightsaber so... Yeah the odds of that happening are (hate to say it) slim:(
Maybe with science it will become possible to make someone "force" sensitive. Or more likely give them a ton of technology which would make it look like they had the force.
(ie, a Tesla Coil strapped to your hand:) *DO NOT Try that at home. But if you do, and I know someone will. Please tell me how it went:P I'm curious whether my idea is even feasible and would/could work as I haven't built it)
Not really, all you need the force for while in saber duels is to throw it like a boomerang, and maybe high jumps and some badass acrobatics, the rest, any human can do it ^^
