That's even worse than my phone and my phone feels frozen all the time. Really I wouldn't even notice if froze completely since that's how slow it is...

I rember buying a 100MB hard drive for expensive money in 1992.
And powering up my 386SX to 8MB RAM.
Funny enough, the games of these times were great fun, evan only with 16 color (later 256 SVGA in "high resolution" 800x600)
