Would have helped if I knew the start button was the trigger, I thought I'd have to click another button to actually fire the gun. :(
Wrong. Actually, you simply must not click/move your mouse while whe dog is walking around.
I managed to pass level 10 in this game! O_O

Ok...this game has some convincing tricks to make you want to move your mouse. Almost got me on several occasions.
hmm.. i won. There are actually 15 levels. They almost got me in level 12 :)
All the more reason to move that mouse...
