I think its funny because the guy on the right "Grey Knight" are known demon killers. They hunt them to the ends of the earth, they don't really care about anything else. And the lady on the left, is a "Sister of Battle" They would say F*** Y** to anything that wasn't for killing traitor's or doing stuff for the Emperor. (atleast according to when i last looked at the lexicanum for WH40k)

Uhhhhhh... it might have to do with the fact the Gray Knights once slaughtered a group of Sisters of Battle to use their blood to kill demons
