It's actually from observing my Texan friend (who is white BTW) who when eating cafeteria pizza usually first squeeze out all the grease first.
This man has discipline and nerves of steel!
I love how he has his phone in his hand suggesting a slight disinterest in the fact that he is eating A PIZZA WITH FREAKIN' CHOPSTICKS.
He just casually rules like that, his cool is natural and foreboding.
