IMO, Reaganomics are wrong. The US federal reserve deficit tripled under his presidency.

But Bush has some blame due to 2 wars and huge tax cuts.

started with supply side economics(aka reaganomics)and was pushed along further when clinton deregulated the banking system when he abolished the glass shield act. So it was really a team effort of corporate whores in Washington.
