Must be all those accidents with personal at the manufacturing plant due to lack of adherence to OSHA regulations and some of their former body parts got mixed up in the processing line...
And the peanut part?
Someone's half eaten PBJ sandwich that also accidentally fell into the machinery along with the unfortunate workers?
