This man is a PLA officer and the woman is his wife.The seater did sexual harassment to the woman so his husband……

Well if that guy was sexually harassing his wife then I'd say he got off easy. :)
Always remember to pay for bus trip.
Well, in China, if you are powerful (Like officials), you can do anything without any bound. People in this country is more immoral than ordinary people think. Why? Because I have lived in this country for almost 19 years!
That's true for most country.
