Yeah, only in Colorado and Washington state I think. Though what most people don't realize is that they can still get busted by a Federal agent.
I wouldn't be surprised if some stoner got caught by the FBI and made an example of in Federal court.
I know. As far as I know, they still haven't worked out how their law legalizing pot will actually work alongside the nation-wide ban on pot.
don't bother, just move to Holland. it's been legal here for way longer :D
