All parking lots not older than 3 years are like this in my country. I'm surprised it isn't taken for granted.
Not all, I live in Spain and I can confirm that it isnt so in every case. Maybe its an autonomic thing or whatever, I dont know.
My country will have this technology in about a hundred years...
