I am very sorry for the delay on this, but last time i tried to get this one out the file was corrupted, so igot around to it and updated some fixes. Currently the major thorn out of the way is the fact that the ram mothership now can dock fighters and corvettes without any problems like most people were pointing out so i went ahead and fixed the dockpaths.
Anyways here is the link for 0095, we would have done an official release cause i feel that the mod is more than ready for it,however chris has vanished for close to a year again and i dont have the authority to do official releases.

By now you can assume chris is no longer interested or otherwise unable to continue the project. If you wish to continue the mod without him (beyond minor changes), why not ask a moderator to transfer ownership of the HWU modpage to you?
that would be an asumtion and not fact, we would prefer to keep chris on due to the fact that he is one of the primary contributors.

I am part of the mod group but i am not a leader, so any official releases aka making it official is up to chris and moleman.
I agree very unlikely that Chris ever returns with full heart to this project. Ownership should switch. Rename the mod to Homeworld 2nd Universe mod or something like that if you have to. Basically an unofficial continuation of the mod till Chris says this is the real thing which he probably would.
I installed it, but it says I am running .94 on the main menu. I don't see any noticeable game play changes to the mod either. I have it running with the .95.big file in the command line, and it is installed in the /data/ folder. Can you help me understand what this patch does?
ignore the menu i dont know how to change that to display it correctly, there are some stat changes for SOT i believe to make them more playable aka can go toe to toe withthe other races and major fix is the Ram ms being able to dock fighters and corvettes effectively. Levi, if your looking to me as one of the 2 leaders then by all means make this one an official update, chris is still in the shadows somewhere and we are not too sure where he has gone, PM me and i'll give you a way to get into contact with me.
I have a problem with this mod. It keeps on crashing whenever I try to start a game, at the loading point where it says "universe". I did select "choose the above race" for myself and for the enemy. I also have the 1.1 patch. What am I doing wrong?
Are you using a Mac? Any shader2 code, be it for a map or so much as a single object, will automatically crash HW2 on the Mac, since CnlPepper's code is designed only for Windows.
I'm using PC.
okay did you fill in your race box to the right of your username if you havent it will be blank and when you launch that iswhy you desktop, there are 2 choosefrom above options one is inthe race box to the right of your name and the other is directly above.
