it's a flamethrower he whas sanitor to the city
not a flamethrower. It's a corrosive chemical thrower.
His head did make it into the final as an easter egg in Eli's lab. Maybe they will bring him back, one can only hope.

someone needs to make a working creamator!!!!! perhaps the guys over at missing info!!!
That would be cool if eli was the last Cremator (but it sucks he died)
