Silent Hill 1 - Larva Boss Fight video

Location: Shopping Mall, Alternate Silent Hill.

Attack Method: Disappearing underground, the Larva Boss will re-emerge close to you and omit poisonous cloud into your face.

Weakness: shoot at this Boss' head to finish it off.

Best Tactics: The Rifle is there for a reason. Use it! Move onto the metal grating in the room - this will stop the Larva surfacing close enough to hit you. As soon as you hear it's telltale rumble, hit R1 or L1 to move to the side - you'll be out of harm's way, but close enough to inflict some damage with your firearm. Don't forget to aim for the head - anywhere else is just a waste of valuable ammunition.
