What must I do to be the site manager of the mod page?

Also, I recommend you advertise at everythingeaw, they are a bunch of expert modders in EAW and I am sure they will assist you, some of them helped create mods like Republic at war.
Helicopters? That's the first time I've heard of Copters in Star Wars!
