MCF file issue Thread - Desura

Hi there.

Ive been trying to upload the mcf file for a while now with no luck. The first one went ok but i messed the clean install folder, the second one steam was opening when i tested and before coming here and see theres some editing to do, i tried to upload a third. (all of those deleting the previous one on the publish page)

Now for some reason, the app/wizard to create the mcf file is corrupting the file, and i cant upload. It says the file is 0mb size. Tried multiple times already. It starts the upload, register with the app and the publish page but i cant resume the upload.

Got it working, somehow the app got corrupted during the process of creating and uploading the mcf file. After some tests, reinstalling the app solved the issue.

If uploading is interrupted, and you delete the current upload on Upload Release (Upload) page, and try to re-upload the same release/folder, Desura will upload only a "0% uploaded" file and refuse to continue or resume it.

The workaround is simply to to delete the unfinished file/release on Upload page and rename the folder you are uploading.
