Just released beta 12 that fixes a host of issues. Any bugs please post here. To get access to the beta please enable it via the settings menu.

  • FIXED
    • Fixed (hacked) the resize while moving form issue
    • Fixed issue with custom install path not setting a install check
    • Fixed issue with not downloading icons on login
    • Fixed crash in launching item not on your account
    • Fixed crash in launching url after exiting Desura
  • REDUCED
    • Reduced the number of Hash errors sent across the pipe when installing a mcf
  • REMOVED
    • Removed a few unnecessary uses of the word item from the lang file
  • UPDATED
    • Updated handling of verifying test installs

Desura is still blocking Windows. When Desura is running and I try to shut down Windows everything crashes and I have to shut down a second time after Desura went out for lunch for good. A problem existing since the first time I installed the app. Are you properly responding to WM_QUIT messages?

Yeah i have code that in ages ago. What version of windows are you on?
