Preview Youtube.com secound preview Starwars.com

as you can see in the Preview the jedi carbonite themself and R2-D2 is behaind a battle droid, sound familiar? If not i tell you in a clone wars COMIC story act Anakin, Obi-Wan and a clone group is going to sneek past a separist machine which only allowes droids to pass, (they send a organic death scanner trough the ship)
In this clone wars comic R2-D2 controlled a battle droid to controll the ship and that oter Droid fella checking the ship. Seams like they are building up on that ide for this episode

Even Piell, Captain (Wilhuff) Tarkin (that grand moff guy from episode 4) will arrive at the Clone Wars with this episode and that they are comming is comting fans of this series and of corse the movies are excited about
from starwars.com
Led by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, an elite rescue team attempts to free a captive Jedi general from the Citadel, an impenetrable Separatist prison run by a sadistic warden! It's a return to classic action in the start of a new, three-part storyline in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, airing at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT Friday, February 18 on Cartoon Network, and then streaming on StarWars.com for a limited time starting on Monday, February 21st. See the episode guide here. Here's what Supervising Director Dave Filoni says about the action in the Citadel trilogy, and about the return of classic Star Wars character, Tarkin!

  • "This arc is basically classic Star Wars; we focused on the things that I really remember loving about the Saga from when I was a kid. In the Mortis trilogy, George [Lucas] wanted us to explore some ground that's never really been covered in Star Wars before. And now with the Citadel arc, we're going back to some of those essential, classic conventions that have always made Star Wars so fun."
  • "There are a lot of references packed into these episodes. Even the basic [prison] break-in idea parallels the Death Star rescue from Episode IV. It was really fun to do our version of that, but it's definitely not the only thing that will feel familiar -- though we've put our own spin on everything. This whole arc allowed us some fun opportunities to pay homage to theStar Wars that we all fell in love with when we, the older fans, were kids. Pretty much everyone on the crew is a fan, so it's been fun to revisit some of those classic elements inThe Clone Wars."
  • "Tarkin was tricky. We had to capture his essence, while also aging him down appropriately. Peter Cushing is such a distinguished actor, and Tarkin is such an iconic role. He fills the room with his presence and, aside from the Emperor, he's the only character who ever orders Vader around. So getting him right was very important to us, because his introduction to Anakin is an important one. And they've got a fun relationship that's been very interesting to explore."
  • "Adaptation is the key to survival.
  • "Synopsis: With help from R2-D2 and a squad of captured battle droids, an elite team of Jedi and clone troopers led by Obi-Wan and Anakin attempt to free a captive Jedi general, Even Piell, from an impenetrable prison.
  • Director: Kyle Dunlevy
  • Writer: Matt Michnovetz
Key Characters: Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, R2-D2, Osi Sobeck, Even Piell, Captain Tarkin, Clone Captain Rex, Clone Commander Cody, Echo, FivesKey
    Locales:
    Lola Sayu

Wookieepedia claims this to be offical long story short:
An elite team of Jedi attempts to free Master Even Piell from an impenetrable prison.

Good conclusion to the Citadel Trilogy this week, though you did wonder how they were going to fit all the action necessary to wrap it up into one episode, what with a fleet battle in space and the continuing escape and pursuit on the surface, but it worked and didn't feel as rushed as I thought it might. Also a nice touch with a key character meeting his maker, explaining why he doesn't appear in Episode III. I also liked the way tension between Palpatine and the Jedi is becoming worse as time goes on, with the Chancellor specifically commanding Tarkin to deliver the intel directly to him rather than the Jedi. Obviously as I suggested earlier this'll be how the Separatists gain access to the intel which allows them to attack Coruscant in the opening scenes of Episode III. Very good set of episodes, really looking forward to what they pull out of the bag to top it for the series finale, the big hairy walking carpet being introduced should help.
