Lets see anyone Top Hitler's Or Stalin's High Score >8D
A couple things:
1.Mussolini doesn't deserve to be up there. the only thing he did was bring Italy out of the dumps and then procede to start a war that they lost miserably and then was dragged through the Italian streets skinned alive and beaten. All are signs of a bad leader and someone who overall just suck (or sucked) at life.
2. As much as i respect Hirohito and believe he was a good leader he didn't have any direct control over the military. he was more of a figure head and the Generals used him to do what they want and in the end the American's blew up 2 cities (with hardly any military significance) to end the war. Hirohito didn't deserve this, the generals did tho and now everyone thinks he was manicaly dictator like Hitler when he actually wasn't. If you don't believe me then you can look up what he did after the war and all the good he did.
also Mao wasn't bad either, in fact Communism isn't bad. Capitalism is the one ruining our world right now not communism. when you think about it the U.S.S.R. couldn't stand even with all the countires it had and now China is pretty much the last Communist ocuntry left and they're doing pretty well. In fact they're doing better than America in different ways.
TRUE comunism is good, how it usually turns out in reality is bad.

But they promised freedom and prosper, yet the citizens don't know everything. Their leaders might just use them as slaves. Communism sounds nice, but some evil man use it to gain power over men.
Communism was f*up when Stalin came.
If you said Mao wasn't bad then you have no clue about his policy, the cultural revolution...

i think the reason these people are up there is because the're supposed to be "evil" and none of the people you mentioned are evil. Rommel was on the wrong side but he didn't care about nazi culture only about beating the enemy. also i agree with you 100% but i'd like to see Julius Caesar and Genghis Khan up there.
also to reply about Communism: Communism itself isn't bad, the idea of it is 100% good. the only downside is when someone is put in the position of 100% power they tend to turn evil which is why it failed. however Communism turned around a lot of countires and without Communism we wouldn't be where we are today.
