Truth be told, it's just a name that I picked since I was a kid and when online games became popular. I picked it because at the time Deus Ex was my favorite game and I thought it was cool. To the first question, yes.
To the second, kinda both. I see a bit of Lammelar near the "gorget" but the lower arm armor looks like its splinted.
