Here comes the release, exactly 1 year and 1 day after first release! I hope you will enjoy this version, unlike the first one.
Realism Mod is now 1 year old! Evolved much from the first version, which was just more-recoil vBF2 with COD sounds... Now it has custom sounds, several custom weapons (M249 ACOG, M14, M4 Grip, M4 Ironsights etc.), destruction, revamped sounds system, new animations. Numerous gameplay features are unchanged and it's still BF2, but with a little more focus on realism.

Mod may have several bugs, would appreciate if you told me about them in Moddb Forums
I'll be testing internet dedicated server on 15.08.2011 at 19.00 UTC, Server name - RM Dedicated Testing Server. Join to help! After success in testing, I'll probably host the server regularly.
Enjoy,

Downloading!
ya
finally
:)
Time to reinstall the complete thing again....i have...what ?!? more than 50 legit games plus a galaxy of mods so my HD has regular reinstalls/removals so i can play them all :))
PS : Downloading right now :D
...but this is only for offline play....my connection gives me a 100ms ping penalty so no good to play online :(
How do I install the working holder? I am confused by this decompression.
HOW TO INSTALL A MOD:
You have to create a folder in EA Games/Battlefield 2/mods directory, in this case name it RM. Unpack everything to that newly created folder. Copy the shortcut from the RM folder to your desktop, edit it to have proper path (my shortcut launches the game from C://Program files (x86)/EA Games/Battlefield 2)
OK, i tested it and is going in right direction but...what is that about BLUE lines all over the place in the sky ?!?
AI Debugging. Delete two lines below rem EOF in AIDefault.ai file.
