Description
Simply gone through a wall, then fell down to a water area/object.
Same thing happened to me in AC2 on PS3 once. Weird ain't it?
It even happens in AC1, I just ran from some guys who were trying to kill me and I went through a wall and it gave me the "killed 100 people" achievement O.O
at AC2 bug appeared that i killed one guard and 30 spawned at the same place.
