Visual Novel/Game: Tsukihime or is it Melty Blood?
I really don't remember which game this picture is from, but hey they look like a happy couple. Also either of them can kill you in almost less then a second, have a nice day.
I believe this is from: Carnival phantasm
And the girl person there is called: Arcueid

I think it's Melty Blood but I'm not sure.
Kark-Jocke Shiki and Arc have been in video games way before Carnival phantasm aired.
It should be Tsukihime. Melty Blood has Sion.
