Not... Quite sure what's going on. Are they fighting? Is this on purpose or on accident?
They were "fighting". The problem is that Accelerator is so damn powerful that with just a touch he can make you explode.
I really recommend you to watch the anime. It's much better than its counterpart To Aru Majutsu no Index.
