Ichigo Kurosaki's idea for our new banner.
I guess he doesn't have one! Why don't you guys come up with some concepts or things you'd like to see in it? I'd be happy to make it if I can get some idea of what the group as a whole is looking for.
I think Bleach is a pretty cool guy, eh fights arrancar and doesnt afraid of anything.

a Mixture of everything would be cool, im working on one right now, but it doesnt seem right -.- i wont upload it till im certain its worthy!
it includes pics of chars from: Bleach, Utawarerumono, Naruto, Death note, a Mobile Suit, Eureka and a Tachekoma...
could you also add in if you don't mind add some hellsing, FLCL and higurashi please? :P

Like i said, its only something im working on the side, and i cant put too many in cause then it will look stupid with each anime representative having less than 1 cm width room O_o

i hate this guy... i prefer a chibi anime fighter than this... but still... his expression deserves a good ol' laugh...
See the problem with having so many animes (enough to appease everyone's favorites) in the banner is that it won't read well. They'd have to either be all crushed together, or so tiny that they'd be tough to make out.
Unless, of course, you went with a .gif. Does anyone know the size cap for banners?
EDIT: It's 200kb. I don't think that translates into an endless scroll of 256-color style high quality images...
as dissappointing as it might sound just go with the popular animes or with something that isnt about any specific anime but is still anime related,u cant make everyone happy.

Yeah, and how much of that can you actually read? The more information we stack into a single predetermined frame, the more difficult it becomes to parse it all.
then I think the banner should be animated, each picture shown different series.
That's a whole lot of series and a whole lot of frames to fit into 200kb.
