Speaking of railgun, I started watching it
I like "Toaru Majustu no Index" better so far though :C ...
I freakin love the lightning effects around misaka ... I can't explain why ... I guess it feels so 80's esque in style?
Maybe because the lightning bolts seem to climb around from frame to frame the screen rather than sporadically jump around in position from frame to frame ...
Railgun sucks? simple reason: animu fanservice ruins it.
try reading the manga.
