This group has been formed to gather the people who enjoy Japanese anime and all of its facets, to salute the people from the land of the Rising Sun.
A youkai umbrella (karakasa) from the 12th Touhou, Kogasa sets out to train her ability - surprise people. While the player has already taken on dozens of UFO-possesed fairies and a mouse commander, Kogasa wooshes in and hands out a danmaku shower. She gets her a-- umbrella handed and reconsiders. Later she comes back and is defeated yet again. Rumour has it she joined Byakuren's temple along with Nue and became friends with Sanae in a "complicated" way.

From Touhou 12, Stage 2 and Ex, you can meet her. She's rather easy on Extra, making up for the nightmares Nue brings.
On the other hand, in the campaign, defeating her can be difficult, especially on the fan-made ultra mode: Youtube.com

Little note: unlike most Youkai, Kogasa is the umbrella, the body is a fake.
