I think the name of the anime is Senki Zesshō Symphogear
Is it just me or is some little person standing on those plots ?
It's totally in there, but it looks like some kinda clay soldier kinda thing to me. xD
What is up with that weird frame drop anyway? Is that just for dramatic effect or did the people who make the anime actually render something wrong and just left it like that?
Frame rate probably drops so you can better see the plot :)
