Forget about Ivy, ditto zilch for Mai and nevermind about Dead or Alive; this is the most borderline fighting game character ever.
And my favorite part of her is her nice big round SHOULDERS

you should model felicia, since big shoulders are mandatory you'll learn a thing or two about shoulder construction which your models sorely need X)
she's not hard to make, the hardest part is the face and the secondary hair strands. the feet/hands look complex but they're not as daunting as the hair.
