Not sure but it looks like a Russian T90 series to me. Either way its a great wallpaper and work of art enjoy.
No Konata (or random neko-girl) on tank? Then it isn't worth it :P
And there are 'alot' of animes with some tank battles out there. Of coruse, they don't resolve only in tank warfare.
Damn, now i gotta go play WoT :D

Not really since it may be from an anime I still haven't confirmed weather or not its original or based on a series. After all I found it on Khonachan :P
