This is one of my sketches, very smudged I know, drawn from a reference image that looks the same. I didn't trace it.

shading is awesome in this ^^
free hand copying of manga from existing sources is in my opinion the best way to pick up the art of drawing it. As for my critique yea its very good as you kept the proportions accurate & the shading is certainly good.
You my friend are going to be a master of shading & lighting if you keep up this kind of work.
